1. Service Description

QingBiaoGe provides data intelligence services, market research reports, and competitive analysis tailored to businesses operating in South Africa. All deliverables are based on publicly available data, anonymized datasets, and proprietary analytical models. No guarantee is made regarding the completeness or future accuracy of any report or insight.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the service and its outputs solely for lawful internal business decision-making. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish any report or data extract without prior written consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, dashboards, and proprietary frameworks remain the intellectual property of QingBiaoGe. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered materials within your organization.

4. Limitation of Liability

QingBiaoGe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use any report or analysis. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that insights will lead to any particular business outcome.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must cease using any QingBiaoGe materials and destroy copies unless otherwise agreed. Sections 3, 4, and 6 survive termination.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on this page. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Johannesburg.
